I am 4 years old, creating my first painting and falling in love with art. I am 10 years old, learning about computers in school - creating static websites and word art. I am 13 years old, designing my first product - a weather balloon payload at NASA. I am 18 years old, packing up my life in India to move to Irvine, CA to study Computer Science. I am 21 years old, discovering HCI through my roommate’s text book thinking this is what I want to pursue but can I? I am 23 years old, graduating with a Master’s in HCI driving my parents around the University of Maryland. I am 25 years old working with ambitious brands, creating simple, intuitive products to empower users.
